My Pediatrician Online does not guarantee that a question will be answered within a certain time frame and My Pediatrician Online is unable to guarantee that a specific individual pediatrician will always be available to answer member questions.
The information given by My Pediatrician Online and its pediatricians is not based upon direct observation of patients or direct patient care, and thus all information should be considered incomplete without a physical examination conducted by a licensed practitioner. My Pediatrician Online’s pediatricians may recommend over the counter medications.
